Your rights
Your photos are yours. Full stop.
Most of what follows is the kind of thing a platform should never have to spell out. We spell it out anyway, because the industry taught photographers to assume the worst. Every line below is in our binding terms. Five of them are enforced by the way the software is built. Numbers 05 and 06 are promises about how we run the business, and no code can enforce those, so we are not going to dress them up as anything else.

Delete means delete
Remove a photo and our right to show it ends the same second.

The master is purged from storage and pulled from every rendition queue. No 90-day grace, no shadow copy retained “for your convenience”.

No one reposts your work
There is no repost button, because no one should be able to pass your photo off as theirs.

Sharing sends a link and an attributed card — never your file. Your name travels with every reference to the image.

Your name travels on the image
One toggle burns your credit into every copy we serve — your name, never our brand.
How
Turn the watermark on per photo, or make it your default, and we render a discreet corner credit into the copies we serve: © you · panoramble, in the site’s instrument type. The original you uploaded is never touched — the credit lives on a derived serving copy, and switching it off removes it everywhere. It works the same on every plan, because a credit is a right, not an upsell.

Your EXIF stays intact
Capture data and credit stay with your original. GPS follows the pin you set.
How
We keep your original’s EXIF verbatim — time, camera, lens, settings, author. It’s the point of the platform, so we never strip it the way a feed optimised for engagement would. The deliberate exception is location: GPS never ships in anything we serve. The renditions the world sees carry no metadata at all, and the only location shown is the pin you set, at the precision you chose. If your camera or editor signed the file with Content Credentials (C2PA), the master keeps its signature too: the web-size renditions we serve are derived copies that link back to your signed original — we don’t launder provenance, and we don’t pretend a derivative carries it.

We don’t train AI on your photos
Your images never become training data, ours or anyone else’s.

We don’t run models on your work and we don’t license it to anyone who does. Not opt-out — it simply isn’t a thing we do.

We don’t sell you or your work
Your personal data isn’t for sale, and neither are your images.
How
No data brokers, no sublicensing, no “partners” quietly receiving your library. The business is subscriptions, not your photographs.

You set the terms, per photo
Location precision and what your EXIF shows are yours to choose.
How
Every photo carries its own pin precision — exact, fuzzy or area — chosen when you post it, and a fragile location can always be locked to an area. Whether your camera settings show publicly is a single toggle. The defaults protect you, not us: precision starts at fuzzy, never exact.
These are commitments, not preferences we reserve the right to revise quietly. If we ever need to change them, we’ll tell you plainly and in advance — not in a diff buried in a terms update.
